Shipping policy

GENERAL

All of our items are carefully inspected and packed to make sure they reach you in ideal condition. We strive to keep shipping charges to a minimum and use shipping companies we trust will deliver your products safely and on time. We ship to Europe, US, Canada and selected geographies in rest of the world. Our free shipping rate thresholds are the following:

Sweden: Free shipping on orders >SEK 499

Norway: Free shipping on orders >NOK 1,000

Switzerland: Free shipping on orders >CHF 100

European Union: Free shipping on orders >EUR 100

UK: Free shipping on orders >GBP 100

 

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-4 business days within Sweden (5-6 business days during holidays). Orders within the EU have a delivery time of approximately 6-7 business days while our customers outside of the EU will generally receive their products within 7-14 days. Please note though that these are mere approximations hence deviations from these delivery times can sometimes occur.

 

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE EU

If you are a customer residing outside of the EU, please note that our prices are excluding VAT and that shipping costs don’t include customs duties or other taxes/import fees that may be levied in your country of residence. These potential extra charges applied to countries outside the EU will be paid by you. Please contact your local customs office should you have any questions pertaining to this.

If you for any reason want to return an item, we can unfortunately not refund any customs duties or taxes that you have paid for delivery of the products.
