PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION:

- Water Bottle “Poppy in Bloom” (EAN: ‌7350135601775)

- Water Bottle “Berry Blue” (EAN: ‌7350135601782)

- Sold via www.jackojuno.com and selected retailers in Europe

- Sales period: October 2025 – April 2026

BACKGROUND:

We have received a report
that the plastic on the outside of the lid may become damaged due to external impact. If this occurs, small plastic parts may detach and enter a child’s mouth. The product therefore poses a choking hazard for young children. We are therefore taking immediate action and issuing this recall.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Stop using the product and dispose of the lid immediately. We offer a full refund for products purchased via our website www.jackojuno.com. Please send a photo showing that the lid has been destroyed according to the instructions to claims@jackojuno.com:

1. Remove the lid from the bottle.

2. Cut the handle so that the lid can no longer be used.

3. Remove the small plastic parts (“plugs”) that attach the handle, as shown in the image.

4. Attach a photo to your email and we will process your refund promptly.

Please take care when handling and use appropriate tools. Ensure that loose parts are kept out of reach of children. The bottle itself (without the lid) does not need to be discarded.

We offer a full refund for products purchased via our website, www.jackojuno.com. If the product has been transferred to another person, for example as a gift, we kindly ask that the current owner is informed and encouraged to contact us.
