Shipping policy

GENERAL

All of our items are carefully inspected and packed to make sure they reach you in ideal condition. We strive to keep shipping charges to a minimum and use shipping companies we trust will deliver your products safely and on time. We ship to Europe and to selected geographies in rest of the world.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days within Sweden (5-6 business days during holidays). Orders within the EU have a delivery time of approximately 3-7 business days while our customers outside of the EU will generally receive their products within 6-7 business days. Please note though that these are mere approximations hence deviations from these delivery times can sometimes occur and you can receive your order faster should you use an express option.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PICK UP MY PARCEL

If you fail to pick up your parcel at a collection point (provided that delivery method is chosen by you), we will charge you EUR 15 to cover the cost of shipping and administration.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION, NORWAY AND UK

If you are a customer residing outside of the EU, Norway and UK, please note that our prices are excluding VAT and that shipping costs don’t include customs duties or other taxes/import fees that may be levied in your country of residence. These potential extra charges applied to countries outside the EU will be paid by you. Please contact your local customs office should you have any questions pertaining to this. If you for any reason want to return an item, we can unfortunately not refund any customs duties or taxes that you have paid for delivery of the products.
