Refund policy
GENERAL
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, please complete the "How do I make a return?" form on this page and include your order number.
Please note that we do not offer free returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been approved, place a new order for the desired item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
